Match grade Barreled Action Builds starting at ~ $425

Contains the Following: Tenon Threading to the action being used, Chambering, Chamber polishing, head spacing, Muzzle Crowning Install & Test fire

The Barrel Info (MFG, Twist, grove profile) Date of MFG & the IIW Logo will be laser engraved onto the barrel (Usually on the PORT side)

Barrel finishes are Typically a Machine polish (220grit), Bead Blast or Cerakote (+$100 Single Color)

NOTE: Some builds are not able to be test fired prior to full assembly.

If you’re looking for a particular service but to not require a full build, These are the services currently available.

Tenon Threading & Chambering ~ $425

Contains the Following: Tenon Threading to the action being used, Chambering, Chamber polishing, head spacing, 11 degree Muzzle Crowning Install & Test fire

Barrel finishes are Typically a Machine polish, Bead Blast or Cerakote (+$100 Single Color)

NOTE: Some builds are not able to be test fired prior to full assembly.

 Muzzle Threading & Crowning ~ $150

11 Degree Crown on threads is the default, Rifle threads are typically 5/8” Long, where as Pistol / PCC / Rimfire is typically 1/2” Long

any Cutting to length that is required is included at no extra charge with in reason,

Action Truing / Blueprinting ~ $250

consists of Truing the Action Face & Lugs, cleaning up the Action threads, Truing the Bolt face & Lugs, Lapping the Action & Bolt lugs to each other.

Bolt Knob Threading ~ $100

Consists of threading the Bolt Handle, Standard is 5/16x24tpi, If a bolt knob is supplied it will be installed

NOTE: If you require non standard threads that must be made note of at the time of intake.

Thread Protector / Index Muzzle Brake ~ $65

If a custom thread protector is required, one will be made in house to fit that specific set up,

If you purchased what is referred to as a “Gunsmith Brake” they usually require lathe work to taper and Index the muzzle brake to your Barrel. Or you already have a brake from another rifle that fits the new one but it doesn’t Quite line up.

this service will fix those issues (NOTE: Not all brakes that are being re-used will work)

Hornady Modified Case ~ $25

Drill & Tap for the Hornady / Sinclair OAL Gauges. Either with the Testfire brass or Supplied & Prepped piece of brass. (Standard is 5/16x36tpi)

It’s advised to send 2 - 3 pieces of brass in the rare event one gets destroyed in the process.

Laser Engrave ~ $20

Laser engrave Calibre & Barrel info onto a Barrel
